Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”
or “you”) and MFUN STUDIO PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (“MFUN”, “we”,
“us”, or “our”), regarding your use of MFUN’s games, applications, websites, and related

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree
to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
The Service is intended for use by individuals who have reached the minimum age required by
the specific game or platform.
Varying Age Limits: Minimum age requirements may vary depending on the specific game title,
the laws of your country of residence, and the platform through which you access the Service
(e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or TikTok).
Minor Users: If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that
your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Parental Consent: We reserve the right to request written proof of parental consent at any
time.
2. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following obligations:
Account Integrity: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You
must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized
use.
Personal Use Only: You shall use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial
entertainment purposes.
Prohibited Transfers: You shall not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer your
account or any virtual items associated with your account to any third party.
Lawful Conduct: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with
all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when
creating an account or communicating with us.
3. LIMITED LICENSE
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, MFUN grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access and use the Service
for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any
other purpose.
4. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Use or design cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized
third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or MFUN employees, or engage in any behavior that is
offensive, defamatory, or racially charged.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the
Service.
Use the Service to distribute advertising or "spam."
5. VIRTUAL GOODS AND CURRENCY
Nature of Items: The Service may include virtual currency or virtual in-game items (“Virtual
Goods”). You acknowledge that Virtual Goods have no "real world" value and do not constitute
private property.
Licensing: You do not own Virtual Goods; you are granted a limited, revocable license to use
them within the Service.
Refund Policy: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as
required by applicable law or the payment platform’s specific policies.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PLATFORMS
The Service may be made available via third-party platforms, including but not limited to
Apple, Google, and TikTok. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and
conditions of those platforms. MFUN is not responsible for the tools, materials, or content
provided by these third parties.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including without limitation any
games, titles, computer code, artwork, characters, sounds, and musical compositions) are
owned by MFUN STUDIO PTE. LTD. You may not use any MFUN intellectual property without our
express written consent.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFUN shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. In no
event shall MFUN’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months
immediately preceding the date of your claim.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these
Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore, or resolved via arbitration
as determined by MFUN.
10. AMENDMENTS
MFUN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on
our website or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes
constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
